"Our municipal water supply has been erratic, at best, over the part 9 months or so. Water4Africa has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me to decide how to tackle the problem and then implementing the solution very reliably and professionally. My installation was not straight forward as the JoJo tank had to be lifted over walls to get it to a suitable installation position and that position itself was 30 or more meters from the water mains. This also required brick paving to be lifted and reinstated for the plumbing pipes to be run. Everything went according to plan and Greg and Jacques and their team did a great job all round."

After a couple of water outages I decided to investigate a municipal water back system. I looked into a couple of companies but after having a phone conversation with the owner Greg and a plumber being sent out in a matter of hours I decided to go with them. Apart from the pace I liked that the plumber came out twice to discuss the set up. The second site visit was actually because he had an even better idea of the set up. The entire team worked professional, neat and fast. The back up system is better than what I had anticipated and I’m looking forward to more projects in the future.

I have requested a water tank installation that is connected to the water mains. The work was professionally done and I’m extremely happy with the quality and finishing done. They were meticulous to ensure all my requirements were attended to, and the system works as specked. 3 weeks since and experienced no problems yet.

When we were confronted with regular bouts of water “outages” we needed a solution as the Metro did not provide tankers to our area. I approached Water4Africa for a solution.
